When designing the restaurant with Dr. Carlo Andrenlli, Mahela, Kumar, and I wanted to preserve the airy, open space. So, we decided not to have any air conditioning and maintain the beauty of this room. We also thought it looked a little like Hogwarts and we added long tables but how were we to divide them? So, I came up with the idea to get crab claw flowers (Scientifically known as Heliconia Rostrate) and place them in huge vases and use these as a divider between the tables. These eventually became a beautiful centre piece and an icon of Ministry of Crab.
